Cardio Thai Kickboxing is back! This popular class returns with Devin Singh. Devin will be assisted by Tamara Mahac, who taught the "Martial Arts for Fitness" class last semester. Class is offered twice per week, 6-7 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Two Great Classes offered in early mornings:
- AM Yoga with Virna Lisa, Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7-8:15 a.m.
- Introducing Boot Camp with Kathy Reigelman, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-7:30 a.m.
Stay Safe with our Self Defense Class! Keep up to date with the latest Self Defense techniques, with our class on Monday evenings, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Only $20 for six sessions for students, $40 for staff.
Yale Community Welcomed to All Classes this Spring! All Yale faculty, staff and spouses/pPartners are welcomed to our classes this spring. The "non-member" rate listed on our classes is for those Yale community members who do not choose to join the gym, and the "member" rate is for those who are already members of the Payne Whitney Gym.
New Children/Family Yoga on Monday Evenings! Debbie Kahan will offer a Hatha-based Yoga program, exclusively for kids on Monday evenings, from 4:15-5:15. Parents or guardians welcomed to participate for free!
Children's Dance Classes Moved to Sunday! Now your children can participate in our popular swimming classes and dance in the same semester.
