Q.I’m driving to a game,
where do I park?
A. There are several parking options at Yale
Football games. First, take a look at our parking map. All parking lots around the
Yale Bowl open 3 hrs. before kick-off. The street address for the
Yale Bowl is 70 Central Ave., New Haven CT 06515.
For a single-game parking pass, fans can park in Lot A, Lot B or Lot D. Fans enter Lot B and Lot D from Central Avenue, while fans enter Lot A off of Yale Ave. There is a $5/vehicle charge to park in Lot A or D and a $20/vehicle charge to park in Lot B. Fans can purchase parking passes in advance or at time-of-entry. Full-season parking passes are also available for purchase in these lots.
Q.I’m driving to a game,
where do I find handicap accessible parking?
A. For patrons with handicap permits, we offer
two different parking options. Please note: valid Handicap permits
must be presented upon entry into any designated handicap parking
area.
Option A) Fans can park in our preferred handicap parking located off of Chapel Street, adjacent to the YUAD parking space. There is a $10/vehicle charge to park in this area ($15 for Yale-Princeton game); passes can be purchased in advance or on game-day. If this parking area reaches capacity, fans will be directed to the second option.
Option B) Fans can park in a designated parking area within Lot D, near Johnson Field (refer to parking map). There is a $5/vehicle charge to park in this area. Yale Athletics will provide shuttle service from this parking area to the entrance of the Yale Bowl.
Q.Can I hold a spot for someone
who is arriving at a different time?
A. We do not allow fans to “hold”
spots for family/friends. One parking pass entitles you to one
parking spot. If two or more fans would like to park together, we
suggest that you arrive at the same time.
Q.I’m driving an oversize
vehicle to the game, where do I park?
A. All oversize vehicles will park in Lot
A. There is a $15/vehicle charge for oversize vehicles.
Passes can be purchased on game-day or in advance.
Q.What is an ‘oversize
vehicle’?
A. We consider RV’s, Coach Buses, School Buses, and
other similar vehicles to be ‘oversize vehicles’.
We do not consider pick-up trucks or SUV’s to be
‘oversize vehicles’. Box Trucks are not permitted in
any parking area.
Q.I’m coming from campus,
how do I get to the game?
A. For every home game, we provide free shuttle
bus service to/from the Yale Bowl. Shuttle Buses depart from
Payne Whitney Gym to the Yale Bowl and drop-off at Gate B on Yale
Avenue. On the return trip, buses pick-up at Gate B and
drop-off at Payne Whitney Gym. Buses run every 15-20 minutes
before, during, and after each game.
Q.How do I park in the closest
possible location?
A. The closest parking areas (Lot F, Lot
F-Special, Lot H, & YUAD) are only available to members of the
Yale Football Association (YFA). For membership information,
visit the YFA
website. You can contact the YFA at support.athletics@yale.edu

Q.How do I buy
tickets?
A. In advance of a game, fans can buy tickets online,
in-person at 20 Tower Parkway, over-the-phone at 203-432-1400, or
by using this
order form. The ticket office is open Monday - Friday
from 9am - 5pm.
On game-day, fans can buy tickets at the Reese Stadium Ticket Booth, located close to Gate D (outside Portal 15/16) on the west side of the Bowl. There are also two satelleite ticket booths on game-days, one at Gate E (outside Portal 18) and one at Gate A (corner of Chapel St. and Yale Ave.). Ticket booths open 1 ½ hrs. before kick-off at every home game. On game-days, we accept cash and credit cards.
Q.I have my tickets but where
exactly are my seats?
A. The Yale Bowl is a big, big venue but the
seating is pretty simple. You can view a detailed Yale
Bowl Seating Chart HERE. Yale Bowl sections (we refer to
them as Portals) run from #1 to #30 in a clockwise
direction. Each Portal contains three Aisles.
Aisle A stretches 23 rows from the field to the Portal
entrance. Aisles B and C run up as many as 37 rows, from the
mid-level walkway to the top of the Bowl.
Yale fans typically sit on the west side of the stadium and visiting fans take up residence on the east side. However, you’ll always catch a bunch of Yale fans on the east side, because that side receives the most sunlight during our games!
You can get an idea of what your view will look like by visiting this page and clicking on the map of the Yale Bowl.
Q.I have General Admission (GA)
tickets, where can I sit?
A. Please refer to the Yale
Bowl Seating Chart here for General Admission sections.
These sections can change on a game-by-game basis. GA
sections are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

do?
A. If you lost your ticket more than a day before
the game, please contact the Yale Athletics Ticket Office at
203-432-1400 or athletic.tickets@yale.edu
for assistance. If you’ve lost your ticket on game-day,

ticket?
