NEW HAVEN, CONN. – The Bulldogs will move away from team racing this weekend as they enter in all fleet race regattas around New England. With three weekends left in the season, the Elis will look to remember how to slow things down in this different style of racing, so as to come in to the coed qualifiers at Brown in their strongest form. They will race at three different events, the Thompson Trophy at Connecticut College, the Owen, Mossbacher and Knapp Trophy at King's Point, which is also the Ivy League Championship and the Oberg Trophy at MIT.

The weather forecast finally looks a bit warmer, with Saturday possibly reaching 70 degrees. There should be good breeze all weekend all around New England, though some fronts might cause brief postponements as winds shift with the greater atmospheric pattern.

Sailing at the Thompson, a three division regatta, will be duos Nic Baird and Graceann Nicolosi, Shawn Harvey and KB Knapp and Casey Klingler and Claudia Loiacono in A, B, and C divisions respectively. Christopher Champa will also be there as a heavy crew.

At the Owen, Mossbacher and Knapp will be pairs Nick Hernandez and Kira Woods and Malcolm Lamphere and Sonia Lingos-Utley with Claire Huebner possibly going as a heavy crew.

At the Oberg, another three division event, will be Louisa Nordstrom and Caroline Colwell, Nick Marwell and Becca Rose, Martin Tipton and Mina Cezairli in A, B, and C divisions respectively.
