Zachary Brown was one of the most succesful college sailors in Yale History. He was the 2007 Team Captain. Brown was named an All-American skipper in 2005, 2007 and 2008 and was an Honorable Mention All-American Skipper in 2006. He is the only male Bulldog sailor to be named an All-American in every year of competition. Brown placed second in B Division at 2005 ICSA Dinghy National Championships as a freshmen. High School: Sailed for University of San Digeo High School from 2000-2004 and was the team captain in the 2003-2004 season. Won A Division at high school nationals. Also played soccer for the University of San Diego High School in 2004 and 2005. Junior Sailing: 2003 US Youth Doublehanded Sailing Champion. 2003 and 2004 representative for the United States for the Youth Worlds team in the International 420. 2003 and 2004 U.S. Sailing Team Member.
