Matt Barry Places 5th at Men's Singlehanded Elims

Sept. 27, 2003

Freshman Matt Barry finished 5th in the Men's Singlehanded Eliminations held at Dartmouth University.

His finish qualified him to compete in the Singlehanded New England Championships on October 25-26 at Dartmouth.

Barry will make the switch from the singlehanded Laser boats to doublehanded Larks when he sails tomorrow in the second day of the Hood Trophy at Tufts College.
