Teddy Hague had three hits and first-year Jake Gehri continued his hot hitting with two hits for the Bulldogs in an 8-1 loss to Central Florida on Wednesday evening.

Gehri singled and doubled to extend his hit streak to five games and upped his average to .353. Hague went a perfect 3 for 3 at the plate.

The Bulldogs (3-9) scored their lone run in the eighth on a RBI-ground out by Simon Whiteman to score Pierce Blohowiak.

Yale closes out their Florida road trip with a three-game series at Stetson beginning on Friday.
