Griffin Dey belted his team-leading eighth home run in a 12-8 loss at Quinnipiac on Tuesday afternoon in Hamden, Conn.

Dey, who earned a spot on the Ivy League weekly honor roll, went 3 for 5 with two runs scored on the day.  Tim DeGraw and Cole Shelton both had two hits for the Bulldogs, who opened up with a 5-0 in the second inning.

Dey had a two-run homer to left that scored DeGraw in the first inning.  In the second, DeGraw singled to score Simon Whiteman and Pierce Blohowiak, and Sheton added an RBI-ground out.

Whiteman finished with two runs scored.

The Bulldogs return to action on Saturday with a doubleheader at Penn.
