2008: Moved into the starting rotation, making 10 starts and 12 appearances overall...Struck out five in four innings in his first start of the year at George Washington on March 1...Gave up one run and five hits while striking out three in six innings at Columbia on March 30 to earn his first collegiate win...Followed up that performance with the best outing of his career, a 2-1 win over Cornell on April 6...Retired the first 12 batters in that game before giving up a leadoff walk in the fifth...Went all seven innings against the Big Red, recording a career-high eight strikeouts while surrendering just one run and two hits.

2007: Pitched in seven games, including one start...Made first collegiate start in game one of a doubleheader vs. Sacred Heart on April 10...Took the loss in that game, giving up six runs and six hits in two innings...Pitched 4.2 innings of relief vs. Miami (Ohio) on March 17, surrendering just two earned runs...Followed up that outing with 4.1 solid innings of relief vs. Ohio State on March 21.
