Before Yale: Spent one year at the Winchendon School and earned NEPSAC honorable mention recognition… 2010 District most valuable player at Lovejoy High School… Two-time first team all-district selection… Named all-region as a junior… Averaged 16.7 points, eight rebounds and 4.5 assists… Became the first 1,000-point scorer in school history… Helped lead Lovejoy to a pair of district championships and the regional semifinals in 2010… Played with Minnesota’s Charles Buggs, Penn State’s Akosa Maduegbunam and Sacred Heart’s Tevin Falzon… Played for Dallas Triumph AAU team.

Personal: Grandfather, Tom Peterson, played fullback at Michigan, won three Rose Bowls and a national championship in 1948.
