At New Canaan, Henry was a member of the crew team for two years, lettering both years. He won the men's junior 4x at the US Rowing Nationals Regatta in 2005 and in 2006 placed 7th for junior men at the Crash-B World Indoor Rowing Championships. In the summer of 2009, Henry also won 3 separate events at the US Rowing Nationals Regatta. At Yale, Henry is a senior in Pierson College, majoring in Political Science. His brother Charlie, class of 2007, rowed for Yale and currently rows for the US National Team. Henry's favorite teammate is Ian Schmertzler and his interests include American Ceiling Ball.
