New Haven, CT - The Elis team lost to Brandeis Wednesday night, 15-12. It was the second consecutive match in which the Elis lost by that score.
The Bulldogs bested the Judges in Epee competition, 6-3. Sophomore Johnny Beski led the way, sweeping all three of his matches by a combined score of 15-4.
The Judges narrowly outscored Yale in the Saber 5-4, with Matt Chaiken picking up three victories for Yale. However, Brandeis' dominating 7-2 performance in the Foil sealed the win.
The Elis return to action on Saturday, when they host Vassar and Rutgers.
