Sophomore Christopher Peterson earned a spot in the NCAA Men's Fencing Championships by finishing eighth in the saber at the NCAA Regionals at the Lanman Center on the Yale campus.

The NCAA Championship is Mar. 17-20 at Rice University in Houston.

Other Bulldogs who competed in the regionals were Harry Flater, who placed 23rd in the saber. In the epee, Will Tauxe placed 14th, and James Rohrbach was 27th. Cory Werk, who was hampered by an injury, placed 16th in the foil.
