Steve Gray and Brian Kim Earn All-Ivy Honors as Elis Finish Fourth at Championships

Steve Gray finished sixth overall and Brian Kim tied for seventh at the Ivy Championships, earning both of them All-Ivy honors. The Bulldogs finished in fourth overall at the tournament, held at Metedeconk National Golf Club.

In the third round, held today, Gray shot a 77 to cut 3 strokes off his second round showing. Kim sliced 10 strokes off his second round 84, finishing with a 74 that tied him for seventh.

Dan Levy was the Elis' next highest finisher, recording scores of 81, 80, and 81 to finish in 19th place. Andrew Vitt shot 78, 88, and 77 for a 23rd place showing.

The teams' third round score was their best of the three. The Bulldogs opened the tournament in first place after a round with a score of 309, but a rough second round of 328 hurt them. With a 308 in the third, the Elis were able to pull ahead of Harvard in the overall standings.

Princeton won the title with a score of 925.
