Bulldogs Struggle In San Diego

The Yale men's golf team struggled early this week at the Borona Collegiate Cup, which was hosted by San Diego State University and played at the Borona Creek Golf Club. After three rounds of play, the Bulldogs finished in last place of 18 teams with a score of 904.
UAB won the event with a team score of 840.
Captain Mark Matza had Yale's lowest score (225) by shooting three consecutive rounds of 75 over the two-day event.
This was Yale's final fall contest, and the Bulldogs next return to action in March when they travel to Westover, MD for the Drew Upton Classic.
