O’Neill Named USCHO.com All-America

Bulldog Earns 2nd All-America Honor

EXCELSIOR, Minn.- USCHO.com named its 2011-12 men's all-America teams today and Yale hockey captain Brian O'Neill (Yardley, Pa.) made the list.

The Bulldog senior, a second-team AHCA All-America selection (East) last week, earned USCHO.com third- team honors. The three USCHO.com teams are not broken down by region.

O'Neill has been with helping AHL Manchester make a push for the playoffs the last four weeks. The Monarchs, currently in a second –place tie in the Atlantic Division, are battling Portland and Providence for the last Eastern Conference playoff spot with four games left.

After leading the Bulldogs in scoring the last three seasons, including 21 goals this winter, O'Neill has a goal and an assist in eight professional outings.
