2014-15: Injury five games into season kept him off the ice until the last game of the conference quarterfinal playoff series… Played in last two games of season… Scored in a 2-2 tie against Clarkson at home.

2013-14: Scored six goals and had 13 points... Limited to 23 games by injury... Had two goals in a 6-3 win over Clarkson at New Haven.

2012-13 (National Championship Season): Played in all 37 games... Had two assists in the West Regional Championship Game, including the GTG late in third period against North Dakota.

2011-12: Played in just over half the games... Scored two of his four goals in the game 3 win over Princeton in the conference quarterfinals.

Off the Ice:


  • Spent the summer of 2014 caddying at the Round Hill Club in Greenwich, CT
  • Spent the summer of 2012 working on the grounds crew at the Course at Yale
  • Spent the summer of 2013 working on the grounds crew at the Course at Yale


Before Yale: Played for Sioux Falls Stampede for all of 2009-10 and part of 2010-11 season… Notched 11 goals and 31 points in 2009-10… Added seven goals and 14 points following winter between Sioux Falls and Waterloo… Played for St. Francis High School from 2006-2009 with 30 goals and 79 points over three seasons and 42 games… Captain of 2008-09 team… Set school record for points in a season… 2009 First-Team All-Midwest Prep Hockey League… 2009 Hasek’s Heroes Player of Year… Team was three-time state championship finalist… Brian McNamara Memorial Scholarship.

 Personal:  Anthony William Day is the son of Gregory and Lois Day… Interested in economics and career in finance.
