Rodman, Tsouris Make NEILA Scholar-Athlete Team
Seniors Add To Championship Campaign
Amherst, Mass. - The New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (NEILA) announced its 10th Division I All-New England Senior Scholar-Athlete Team, and Yale players Nick Tsouris and Max Rodman have been included.
Tsouris, one of the nation's finest short stick defensive midfielders, had 29 ground balls while helping the Bulldogs share the Ivy League Championship. He earned second-team All-Ivy and All-New England honors. Tsouris, who has a 3.15 GPA in mechanical engineering, won the Christian Prince Award as Yale's top defensive player in 2010.
Rodman, a midfielder and psychology major with a 3.70 GPA, finished 14th in Division I with a .570 face-off mark in his first year as the top guy. He had 163 wins in 286 attempts with 34 ground balls.
