Notes: Highly talented goaltender who flourished in the starting role as a rookie.

At Yale: 2004: Earned the starting goaltender spot as a freshman, starting in goal in 13 of Yale's 14 games ... stopped 158 shots, putting him 19th all-time for single-season saves and 18th on the all-time career list. At Radnor: Ellis, a four-year letterman in lacrosse, captained his team to the Central League championship his senior year. In 2002 his team also reached the Pennsylvania Scholastic Association semifinals, and made it to the finals the following year. He received all-America, all-state, and first team all-Central League honors. He was also the Delaware County Player of the Year and was his team's George T. Corrigan's Scholar-Athlete. Personal: Ellis was born on Sept. 14, 1984, to David and Sally Ellis. A resident of Jonathan Edwards College, he enjoys jazz music. His two younger sisters are goalies for both lacrosse and soccer.
