Dealy, a first team All-Ivy and All-New England selection, has developed into one of the most dangerous players in the Ivy League. He is the creative force of the team and has the ability to influence every game he plays in. Last fall he led the league in assists (8), was second in game-winning goals (4) and tied for third in points (18). He was named to the all-tournament team at both the Brown and Yale Classics. Against Princeton, he scored both goals in a 2-0 victory, and he had four assists in the win over Quinnipiac. As a sophomore he earned honorable mention All-Ivy recognition after finishing second on the team in goals (5) and third in points (11). In addition Dealy was a second team District I All-Academic selection and Academic All-Ivy. As a freshman, he led the team in scoring with 12 points. He was named the Ivy League Rookie of the Week once. Dealy is a member of the Region I Olympic Development team and has participated in the national team tryouts. He also is the City League and Allderdice High School all-time leading goal scorer.
