Musie Named Ivy League Rookie Of Week

Scored Twice In Saturday's Tie With Columbia

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Henos Musie, who scored twice in Saturday's 3-3 tie with Columbia, has been named the Ivy League Rookie of the Week. It is the second honor of the season for Musie, who earned Co-Player and Rookie of the Week recognition on Oct. 7.

Musie, who was returning to the lineup after missing four games because of an injury, scored his first goal of the game at 29:50 when he knocked in a Cody Wilkin's cross. Midway through the second half, Musie struck again. This time, he fired a free kick into the net from nearly 30 yards out.

Musie, a sophomore, is in his first season with the Bulldogs after transferring from Chalmers University in Sweden. He now has three goals on the season.

Musie and his teammates host Brown on Saturday at 4 p.m.
