Dealy Named Ivy League Player of the Week
Nov. 18, 2003
Forward Andrew Dealy was named Ivy League Player of the Week after scoring the Bulldogs' two goals in the season-ending win against Princeton on Saturday. The 2-0 victory gave Yale a second place Ivy finish with a record of 10-6-1.
Dealy, who was named to the College Soccer News National Team of the Week earlier this fall, ends the season leading the team in points with 18. Three of his team-high five goals were game-winners, including a penalty kick that lifted the Bulldogs over then 19th ranked Stanford. Additionally, Dealy's eight assists this season are the league high.
