Elis at Home for the Weekend

NEW HAVEN, Conn. — After big wins on the road last weekend against No. 4 Cornell and No. 9 Columbia, the No. 6 Yale men's squash team will stay in New Haven this weekend to host No. 5 Rochester and No. 20 Bowdoin.

The Bulldogs (5-0) have not played at home since Nov. 30, when they defeated Franklin & Marshall 9-0 to open the season. From there they set off on a successful road campaign, taking down No. 19 Colby, No. 12 Williams, No. 4 Cornell and No. 9 Columbia in the first few weeks of 2013.

They will return to the Brady Squash Center having only dropped six individual matches through five team competitions. Junior Eric Caine and senior Hywel Robinson will look to remain unbeaten, with both currently touting 5-0 individual records on the season.

The weekend will be a busy one for the Bowdoin Polar Bears (2-4), who play Wesleyan on Friday, Drexel and Stanford on Saturday and Yale and Columbia on Sunday. The Rochester Yellowjackets (6-2) have a quieter weekend planned, facing off against Colby on Saturday before meeting Yale on Sunday.

Both of Yale's matches will be held at 11 a.m. in the Brady Squash Center.
