Alex is a breaststroker for the Bulldogs. He comes to Yale with personal bests of 27.4 seconds in the 50 breaststroke and 1:01 in the 100 breaststroke. At Delbarton School, Alex was a four-time letterman in swimming. He also received the English Award during junior and senior years, the A.P. History Award, was a Blanstein Scholar, and received highest honors every year. His interests include poetry and frisbee. He is a member of Jonathan Edwards College. Alex's father, Paul, swam for Norte Dame.
