Goksu comes to the Bulldogs with an impressive international resume. He is the Turksish national record holder for the 50 and 100-meter butterfly in both the long course and short course. Bicer was also the European junior bronze medalist in the 50-meter butterfly. His interests include windsurfing and playing guitar. He is a member of Pierson College.
