Chris comes to Yale from Mark Keppel High School where he had
personal bests of 58.40 in the 100 breaststroke and 1:55.47 in the
200 I.M. He swam and lettered for four years. He also lettered one
year in water polo and played basketball for two years. He earned
Scholastic All-American honors for three years, was a three-time
High School All-American, was All-Area for two years, and was named
All-League for four years. He won seven CIFSS titles. Luu won the
Mark Keppel High School Scholar Athlete Award which was awarded to
one graduating senior. His hobbies include basketball and he is a
member of Branford College.
