Mack Puhl comes to the Bulldogs with personal bests of 21.07 in
the 50 freestyle, 50.75 in the 100 butterfly, and 46.66 in the 100
freestyle. He was the swimming captain at Sandia Preparatory and
lettered from 2004 to 2008. While at Sandia, he was a seven-time
High School All-American (five individual and two relays), a
seven-time High School State Champion (two individual and five
relay). His high school placed second in New Mexico with only four
qualifiers. Mack plans to major in English and is a member of
Silliman College. His father, Richard, played football for two
years at the University of Hawaii.
