Billy selected Yale because its the best school in the world and the swim team is the best "team" to swim on in the world. To date his most memorable athletic experience at Yale was swimming his first HYP meet "at home" in the Exhibition (EX) pool. His class will host it all again in his senior year. He also lists watching the Red Sox come back from a 3 games to 0 deficit to beat the Yankees and then go on to win the World Series last year as "most memorable" He brought to campus a "liking" for Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream, and still does like it, but is also starting to like the "cookie batter" ice cream at Ashley's Ice Cream in New Haven.
