For the second straight year, the Bulldogs captured the Patriot Invitational title at George Mason University. Yale led the competition on Friday and Saturday and capped the victory with an impressive showing on Sunday.
The Bulldogs finished the 11 team invitational with 990 points. UMBC finished a distant second thanks to 742.50 points and North Carolina-Wilmington came in third with 571.50 points.
Yale will be back in the pool on Tuesday when it travels to Baltimore, Md. to take on Johns Hopkins. The meet will begin at 3 p.m.
