Bulldogs conclude U.S. Open

Alex Righi finished 12th in the 100-meter freestyle to lead the Bulldogs during the final day of the U.S. Open at the James E. Martin Aquatics Center in Auburn, Ala.

Yale had two other swimmers compete on Saturday. Colin Stalnecker finished 24th in the 200-meter breaststroke, while Benjamin Dzialo came in 23rd in the 200-meter butterfly.

The Bulldogs competed against a number of U.S. Olympic swimmers and high-profile international stars at the three-day meet.

Yale will be in action next when it takes part in the Puerto Rico Invite, in San Juan, PR. The meet will begin at 2 p.m.
