The Bearcats have posted an 0-4 record this season. However, three of the four teams contested have been highly ranked, namely No. 50 East Tennessee State and No. 73 Cornell at the ITA Kickoff Classic at the University of Virginia, and No. 41 Nebraska. The Bearcats ranking has fallen 17 spots from a season high of No. 50 on January 4.

History Lessons

Last year, Yale hosted the ECAC Division I Men's Indoor Team Championship at the Cullman-Heyman Tennis Center. The Bulldogs were seeded No. 3 entering the tournament, behind No. 1 Columbia and No. 2 Harvard. Yale fell to Princeton in the main draw, and then to Brown in the consolation round.

Harvard has won two consecutive ECAC tournaments.
