Andrew represented Yale in two tournaments last fall. In his sophomore year Andrew won two of his three dual match singles contests, and defeated both Harvard and Princeton in doubles with partner Milosz Gudzowski. Arons had a strong freshman year winning both the Cornell and Yale Invitational singles tournaments in the "D" flight (#7 & and #8 players) and finished that fall season undefeated. Arons received ITA Scholar-Athlete honors the last two years. He was ranked #16 in the Eastern section and #325 in the nation in junior competition and as high as 22 in the country in 2000 in doubles. He was the captain of his high school team for two years at half Hollow Hills West.
