Brandon, named team captain for the 2006-07 season, has played #1 singles for the Bulldogs for the past two seasons. Last year he went 29-8 in singles, went undefeated in the Ivy League and was the league's representative at the NCAA Championships. He finished the season ranked #1 in the Northeast Region (going 19-0 against regional opponents), and #74 in the Nation. His honors include First-Team All-Ivy singles and Ivy League Player of the Year. Sophomore year he played #1 singles and doubles for the Bulldogs and had an overall singles record of 31-8, he finished the year ranked #93 in the nation, and received First Team All-Ivy honors in both singles and doubles. Brandon also had a strong freshman campaign in which we went 19-13 in singles playing predominately in the #3 position and went 18-14 in doubles. Brandon finished the 2002 USTA junior circuit with a national ranking of #3 in singles and #2 in doubles in the 16 & under division. Brandon has won several sportsmanship awards throughout his career including the Sportsmanship Award at the U.S. Junior Hardcourts. He is a graduate of La Jolla High School in San Diego, CA. where he was the first player in history to three-peat as CIF San Diego Section Champion.
