Yale Loses to No. 56 San Diego State 4-3

San Diego, CA - The Bulldogs (4-6) dropped their final spring trip match in California Saturday to San Diego State 4-3. Junior Josh Lederman won his third straight match in the loss for Yale.

San Diego State swept all three doubles matches to win the doubles point in the match.

At No. 1 singles, junior Jeff Dawson defeated Bartosz Golas in a nail biter 7-6 (4), 6-7 (5), 10-6. Sophomore Connor Dawson pulled out a 7-5, 7-6 (5) straight set victory over Juan Gomez at No. 3 singles.

Lederman cruised to his third straight victory with a straight set victory over Jordan Colman. Lederman defeated Colman 7-6 (4), 6-4 at No. 6 singles.
