Princeton, NJ - With a win over Princeton's No. 1 player (6-2, 7-5), Brandon Wai became the first Yale player to win the Farnsworth Invitational in the tournament's 36-year history Sunday. The Bulldogs also won in D-flight doubles with the team of Matthew Feldman and Joe Vellanikaran.

Wai topped Darius Craton, who had defeated Yale's Ryan Murphy in three sets in the semi-finals. Feldman and Vellanikaran also beat a team from Princeton, winning their match 8-5. In the B division, Yale's Milosz Gudzowski was the No. 1 seed and won his first two matches but withdrew because of an injury.
