Brandon Wai Advances at ITA Tournament

With a 6-4, 6-1 victory over Princeton's Ashwat Sarohia, No. 9 seed Brandon Wai advanced to the Round of 32 at the ITA Tournament, hosted by Virginia Tech.

In other action, Milosz Gudzowski fell to No. 1 seed Jonathan Chu in a 7-6 (3), 6-2 game. The singles consolation bracket was cancelled due to inclement weather.

In doubles, Matthew Feldman and Johnny Lu were defeated by the No. 1 seed of Nic Bruner and Josh Raff from Cornell, 8-2.

Wai, the No. 9 seed overall, is slated to play tomorrow at 9:30 A.M. against Harvard's Ashwin Kumar.
