2011-2012: Won the 800-meter run at the Yale Springtime Invitational…Qualified for IC4As as a member of the 4x800-meter relay team…Ran a time of 3:45.01 in the 1500-meter run at the Virginia Challenge to take 15th…NCAA East Regional qualifier in the 1500-meter run…Recipient of the Gardner Millett Memorial Award for the second consecutive year.

2010-2011: USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honoree ... Received team’s Gardner Millett Memorial Award, presented to an "outstanding member of the Men's Track and Field Team who excels in Sportsmanship, Courage and Inspiration"  …Outdoors, qualified for NCAA Regional in 1500m with No. 2 all-time Yale outdoor record at Swarthmore Last Chance Meet … Took third in 1500m at Heps … Anchored DMR team to win college division at Penn Relays, running sixth-fastest time on Yale outdoor all-time list … Won 1500m against Harvard … Anchored 4:02.8r mile split in distance medley relay at indoor Heps, pulling team to take second and running seventh-fastest time on Yale indoor all-time list, earning All-Ivy honors … Placed third in 1000m at HYP. 
2009-2010: Took fall semester off from Yale to finish recovery from foot injury.

2007-2008: Ran 8:21.09 for 3000m indoors, narrowly missing the 21-year-old freshman record, and competed at Indoor Heps…Outdoors, ran a PR in 5000m before a foot injury cut his season short…Ran in the Bulldog’s top five during cross country at both the Harvard-Yale dual and the NCAA Northeast Regional.
