Q: Recovery drink / meal of choice?
A: Right after i usually go with the Endurox or Recoverite or what have you of the general recover variety type of drinks. Chocolate is always the best flavor. And then it is generally on to whatever else is on hand when i get home. Today, for instance, was poptarts, an egg sandwich, and some zebra cakes.
Q: Favorite song?
A: Mr. Jones, by Counting Crows. Ah thats a great one!
Q: Facebook or Twitter? (list twitter name if applicable)
A: I think Facebook is more practical, but i think that Twitter is way more fun.
Q: Most memorable race?
A: Harvard Yale XC freshman year, Coach I sent me on a suicide mission. He told me to run with the lead pack in order to trick the Harvard guys into thinking that we had more guys that were going to finish up there than we really did, it was meant to psych them out. So I did, and each time I felt like falling off I just thought of going another mile or half mile, cause you know, I didn't have to finish with them, just stay there as long as I could. I made it almost to the 4 mile mark before I lost ‘em, and I thought my goose was cooked. Then I saw one of the harvard's drop off the pack as well, and i gunned him down! It was awesome, a real break out race for me.
