NEW HAVEN, Conn. – This indoor season, a total of 18 Bulldogs met the qualifying standard in their respective events for the indoor ICAAAA Championships, hosted by Boston University Mar. 3-4. The Bulldogs are coming off a seventh place finish at the indoor Ivy League Heptagonal Championships last weekend.

Paedyn Gomes is following a personal best performance from Ivy Heps in the 60mH, and he met the qualifying standard for IC4A's in that event. Gomes is currently ranked 29th in NCAA Division I with his 7.82 from Heps. Kyle Macauley and Vincent Vaughns both met the standard in the 60m dash and the 200m dash. Both athletes are coming off scoring performances at Ivy Heps. Ekrem Ayhan and Connor Hill both met the mark in the 200m dash, and are coming off great performances at Heps. Gregory Campbell, Jr., ran 48.95 in the 400m dash, meeting the qualifying mark.

CJ McCord just finished runner-up in the high jump at Ivy Heps with a mark of 2.08m, qualifying him for the meet. Jimmy Shih qualified for the meet in the triple jump following what could be his best season so far. Austin Laut qualified in the pole vault and just took home third place from Heps in that event.

The Bulldogs' distance squad had a lot of athletes qualify in many events. Cameron Wyman, coming off a scoring effort in the 800m run at Heps, qualified for IC4A's in that event. Thomas Gmür, Trevor Reinhart and Allen Siegler all qualified in the 1,000m run. Reinhart is coming off a victory at heps in the 3,000m run, qualifying in that event, as well. Joining Reinhart in the 3,000m run are Nick Dahl, Charlie Gardner and Armstrong Noonan. Qualifying in the mile run are Matt Chisholm, Dahl, Gmür, Laird, Noonan, Reinhart and Siegler. Dahl also qualified in the 5,000m run. Expect these athletes to only compete in one of these events.

The Bulldogs' relay squads all qualified for the meet. The 4x400m relay team ran 3:15.38. The 4x800m relay team ran 7:35.69, and the distance medley relay team ran 9:49.54. Expect to see all of these relay teams compete well, following successful performances at Ivy Heps.

Live results from the meet will be available here. A recap and results will be posted after the meet.
