2007-2008: Despite being plagued by a strained hamstring, ran on the 4x400-meter relay team that placed sixth at indoor Heps, and came in sixth at the outdoor 400-meter hurdles with a time of 54:10...2006-2007: Had a tremendous debut as a freshman, running on the 4x400m relay team which placed 3rd at indoor Heps, and running the 400 leg on the DMR that placed 5th at the indoor IC4A Championships...also qualified for IC4As in the 500m with an effort that currently ranks #13 on Yale's all-time list...showed great success during the outdoor season as well, running a personal best in the 400 intermediate hurdles to place 3rd at outdoor Heps, qualify for IC4As and earn a #11 ranking on Yale's 400h list...Also won the 400h at the Yale-Harvard meet and was part of the winning 4x400m relay...High School: Two-time All-American while serving as captain of the best indoor track team in state history...Held 9 school records...New Jersey state sectional champion in the 400m intermediate hurdles...Should contribute in the hurdle events...Comes with times of 54.2 in the 400m intermediate hurdles and 14.6 in the high hurdles
