2007-2008 - Set a personal best of 4:15.00 for the mile during indoor track, although a hamstring injury hampered the later part of that season and all of the outdoor season...Was a consistent scoring member of the 2007 cross country team, with a top ten finish at the Murray Keatinge Invitational... 2006-2007 - Won 1500m at Yale Springtime Invitational...Earned All-East honors for leg on IC4A scoring DMR...Scored at Indoor Heps as part of the DMR...Top twelve runner on the team while making adjustment to first collegiate cross country season...2005-2006 - Missed entire cross country season and most of track season while battling a reoccurring knee injury...High School - Walk on was the Kentucky state runner-up in the mile and 3rd place finisher in the 800m...Ran pr's of 4:20.57 and 1:56.41 while competing for Shelby County High School...Should develop into a Heps scorer in the middle distances for the Eli.
