2008-2009 - Competed at the Ivy League Cross Country Championship, running as Yale's tenth finisher... 2007-2008 - Struggled with a case of mono at the beginning of the year...Recovered to a run a PR in the 3,000m indoors, and took third place in the steeplechase at the Yale Springtime Invitational outdoors... 2006-2007 - Ran pr of 9:31 in the steeplechase to finish 2nd at the Yale Springtime Invitational...Competed at Heps Cross Country Championships...2005-2006 - As a freshman walk-on, earned a varsity letter by making enormous progress over the course of the cross-country season, eventually running in the top seven for both the NCAA Regionals and the IC4A Championships...High School - was one of the top cross country runners in the New Jersey private school league while competing for the Blair Academy...Should develop into a strong cross country and distance performer for the Elis.
