After helping to guide the Yale women’s basketball team to its first Ivy League weekend sweep in three seasons, freshman Megan Vasquez has been recognized by the Ancient Eight as its Rookie of the Week for the third time this season. Vasquez, who shares the honor this week with Princeton’s Niveen Rasheed, averaged 13.5 points, 5.5 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 1.5 steals in the Bulldogs’ home wins over Cornell and Columbia. [+]
