Why Yale? “I chose Yale because in the rowing program and throughout all aspects of the university, value is placed not solely on the result, but on the process as well. The coaches, students, and faculty enjoy each other and learn from the obstacles between where they are now and where they will be in the future. There is an emphasis on relationships between people and not just the product of their collaboration.”
