Bulldogs Set To Celebrate 40th Anniversary; Host Radcliffe

Yale Remains No. 11 In National Poll

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Saturday is a big day at Gilder Boathouse. Yale women's crew will celebrate its 40th anniversary while hosting Radcliffe in an important Ivy League race. The festivities begin with the second varsity four at 8:20 a.m. The varsity eights race for the Case Cup at 9:20 a.m.

Buses will leave Payne Whitney Gym at 7:30 a.m. and 7:50 a.m. for students and fans interested in attending the races.

Yale is ranked 11th in this week's CRCA-US Rowing national poll, while Radcliffe is No. 16.

Nearly 200 alumnae and friends of the program are expected to be in attendance.

Saturday is the first of two races in three days for the Bulldogs, who face No. 1 Brown on Monday in Providence.

Race Order

8:20 a.m. - Second Varsity Four

8:40 a.m. - Varsity Four

9:00 a.m. - Second Varsity Eight

9:20 a.m. - Varsity Eight

9:40 a.m. - Third Varsity Eight
