With top finishes in the women's open fours and eights, the women's crew team handily dominated at the Head of the Housatonic in Derby, Connecticut on Sunday.
Yale finished first through fourth in the fours, and grabbed all top three slots in the eights.
In the fours, Yale A finished in a time of 18:25.2, while Yale B came in at 18:40.80. Yale D, Yale C, and Yale E finished third, fourth, and seventh respectively, while Mt. Holyoke College and Stony Brook University teams rounded out the rest of the field.
In the eights, Yale A finished in first with a time of 16:17.05, while Yale B and Yale C swept the top finishes with times of 17:18.20 and 17:34.90. A team from the Yale School of Management also competed in the race, coming in sixth.
On the men's side, the Bulldogs finished in first, third and fourth place in the eights open men, with Yale A rowing to a 14:29.25 finish. The lightweight fours finished with at ime of 16:53.75, good for second place.
The men's novice teams also had a good day, with the top novice heavyweight and lightweight boats finishing first and second in the novice race.
