Yale Rows to Third and Seventh Place Finishes at Head of the Charles

The Yale women's crew team had a strong day at the Head of the Charles Regatta in Cambridge, MA. The Bulldogs earned third and seventh place finishes overall.
In the Championship Fours race, the Elis competed in a fleet of 20 boats and placed seventh overall with a time of 14:14.071.
The team did even better in the Championship Eights, rowing against 41 other boats and beating out all but two to earn a third place standing. Yale's time in that race was 12:14.516.
The Elis return home next Saturday for the Yale Invitational at the Gilder Boat House in Derby, CT.
