Coach Stuper: "Allison is one of our best athletes and has become a scoring threat on the forward line. She surprises defenders with her unconventional play and touch on the ball. After a season ending injury we look for Allison to contribute to our attack this year."

2005: Spitzer, who suffered a season-ending injury in September, made the 2005 NFHCA Division I National Academic Team and is a two-time honoree. 2004: Spitzer was named to the NFHCA Division I National Academic Team in her first year with the Bulldogs. She joined the field hockey team after being on the sailing team as a freshman. High School: Spitzer played four years of field hockey at The Winsor School, where she was named first team All-EIL and won the school's Field Hockey and Basketball cups at commencement.
