Littlefield led the Middlesex School to the Independent School League and New England Preparatory School Athletic Council championships as the team captain last fall. She was a second team all-league honoree in 2001 and 2002. Her grandfather, Charles E. Littlefield is a Yale graduate. Casey also is a goalie for the Yale women's lacrosse team.
