Why She Chose Yale:  I wanted to attend an out-of-state school and after my official visit I fell in love with Yale.  The residential college system, which is unique to the university, was another reason Yale was my first choice.  The majority of students choose to live on-campus because of the supportive environment and life-long friendships the colleges help establish.  And upon seeing Handsome Dan for the first time, I knew it was love at first sight.
Other schools officially visited: Georgetown, Princeton, Indiana

Favorite place at Yale: Silliman’s courtyard
