Bulldogs Tie for First

Last Contest Before Ivies Proves Successful

NEW HAVEN, Conn.— It was truly the day of the canines on the Course at Yale as the Yale women's golf team and BU tied for first at today's scrimmage. The Bulldogs and Terriers both ended with team scores of 302. Dartmouth took third, followed by Brown and Quinnipiac.
The Bulldogs played an incredible round, with all members of the team within a point of one another. Senior Elisabeth Bernabe and junior Jennifer Peng both scored an impressive 75. Right behind were senior and captain Sandy Wongwaiwate and freshman Beryl Wang, both scoring a 76.
The results could not have gone better for the team. The first place finish is sure to be the boost of confidence the golfers want right before entering into the Ivy League Championship.
